Through the creation and the implementation of artistic and cultural projects, NUCLEUS' s mission is to fight the marginalisation, the school failure, the deschooling (or non shooling) and the psychological suffering of disabled children and/or in a situation of handicap.
In France and throughout the world, several stigmatising factors such as handicap, disease, low income levels, geographical localisation, or the belonging to an ethnic minority are the causes of the social and cultural exclusion of vulnerable and underpriviledged children or children in a crisis situation. These children share the same experience marked by splittings and physical, psychological and/or family dysfunctionings which may cause serious speech, communication and relation problems (violent behaviours, inhibitions...) together with serious learning difficulties (lack of concentration, hypersensitiveness to failure) NUCLEUS FRANCE tries to assess and support the educational and pedagogical needs : - of the young sensory impaired and / or motor disabled - of the underpriviledged young people and / or the young coming from popular districts - of the migrating children NUCLEUS EUROMEDITERRANEAN - of the young sensory impaired and / or motor disabled - of the children of the streets
